> Right of withdrawal
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Law Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999, which regulates the field of the distance contract, that is concluded outside of business premises.

This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, which is the ability for the consumer to return the product purchased and to receive the reimbursement of expenses incurred.

This right is reserved solely to individuals (consumers), so it cannot be exercised by legal entities and individuals acting for purposes related to their professional activity.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send the request of withdrawal by registered post no later than 14 working days from the receipt of the products (unless otherwise agreed). The address is:

The return is responsibility of the customer, the latter has to ship the products covered by the withdrawal at his own charge, by courier of his choice (unless otherwise agreed).The products must be sent no later than 10 working days from the date of the withdrawal request to Yachtshop.eu, to the following address:

For the correct and valid exercise of the aforementioned right of withdrawal, the customer must observe the following terms and conditions:

• The withdrawal may also be made limited to single products which are part of one Purchase Agreement, obviously the withdrawal is applied to the product as a whole;
• products which are the object of Purchase Contracts in relation to which the customer has exercised his right of withdrawal must be undamaged and will be returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any ancillary documents );
• The customer will organize the shipping and the return of the products to YachtShop.eu The shipment will be made at its sole expense and care.
• if the returned product has been damaged during transport, YachtShop.eu  will be required only to notify the Customer of the incident in order to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice (and / or its insurance company) , to which the customer can retaliate
YachtShop.eu is not responsible in any way for damage or theft or loss of products subject of the withdrawal; each relative risk therefore remain responsibility of the customer.
Once verified the integrity of the returned product, YachtShop.eu will refund the customer the full amount paid for the product referred to the Purchase Agreement which is subject to withdrawal, no later than 30 days from the return of the products. The refund will be made through return of the amount of money charged to the credit card indicated by the Customer or by bank transfer, in accordance with the instructions and bank details that will be indicated by the same customer.

In any case of non-compliance with the conditions and procedures for exercising the withdrawal foreseen in the previous paragraphs, and in case of damage to the products for reasons other than transportation of the same, the Purchase Agreement will remain valid and effective and YachtShop.eu will return to the Customer the products improperly rendered, charging him for their shipping costs.
> Warranty in case of defective product

All goods sold are covered by the warranties issued by individual manufacturers and / or importers and any authorized service center. The warranty period is 1 year for sales to companies and 2 years for private use (unless otherwise indicated on specific products). It is understood that all the products sold by YachtShop.eu, are warranted according to legislation in force at the time of purchase.
The warranty coverage is valid starting from the date of the invoice or other accounting documentation accompanying the goods on delivery. The validity of the warranty is bound to the preservation, by the Customer, of the documents referred to above.
The Customer will lose rights guaranteed by art. 130, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 if he does not make the complaint  to YachtShop.eu about the lack of conformity within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect.

To activate the claim under warranty, the customer must send an email to info@YachtShop.eu or a fax to 080-5344058 indicating the details of the bill, the material in question and the reasons for the request.
YachtShop.eu will issue the authorization for the return of the material for the appropriate verifications or it will indicate the authorized service center where the customer can ask for warranty service.

In case of return authorization, the material must be sent with the original packaging complete  of the copy of the invoice. The material will be sent at expense and care of the customer (unless otherwise agreed) at the following address:

It is possible to  replace / repair articles verified as defective and /or damaged for causes exclusively dependent on the production and / or the material used but not showing signs of tampering and / or alteration. YachtShop.eu reserves the right to send the items back to the manufacturers or suppliers in order to verify the defect and the existence of the conditions for the replacement or repair under warranty.
In case of acceptance of the warranty claim, YachtShop.eu will make all efforts  to replace at its own expense, with other products of the same quality and characteristics, available at its warehouses, those delivered products proved to be damaged or defective due to manufacturing defects, if  these have been sent back by the Customer in the original packaging (complete with all the parts that make it up). If the replacement with the same product is not possible, YachtShop.eu will refund the customer the amount paid for the product proved to be defective, excluding any further liability of YachtShop.eu, for whatever reason.

Yachtshop.eu  retains the right to charge to the customer the full cost of transport (round trip) in the following cases:
1. whether the defect, after the technical verification by the manufacturer / distributor, is not covered by the Warranty;
2. if, after the technical verification by the distributor / manufacturer, the product is found perfectly working and free from defects.
